As an Agent, you have a unique opportunity to expand your professional activity in a field you already know deeply, most often as a swimming instructor specializing in baby and infant swimming. You are typically an independent professional closely connected to the swimming community, possibly even working across different regions or countries. You operate as a self-employed individual, usually outside the scope of local VAT, and work on a commission basis. Products are delivered directly to your B2B customers, while you receive a copy of each transaction. Your commission is agreed individually and may vary depending on each partner.

Your main role is to identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients. To support your work, you receive a complete set of physical product samples free of charge, which you can present, demonstrate, and test during business meetings, offering a high-quality and professional service, including branding solutions. You manage your own regional territory, actively contributing to market development and building your B2B network. You also have the opportunity to establish your own B2C e-shop, where you can offer products at recommended retail prices directly to end customers. As part of your role, you participate in local conferences, workshops, and professional training. After a trial period, you may progress to become the exclusive distributor for your country.

1. Relevant market experience and expertise:
   You have proven experience and strong knowledge of one or more of the following segments: baby products, swimming equipment, the aquatic sector, equipment for swim schools, or specialized children’s retail and B2B distribution.
2. Active commercial network in your country:
   You are able to actively grow business within your assigned market through your existing customer or partner network, established contacts with swim schools and aquacenters, or your own sales team.
3. Ability to represent the brand locally:
   You are prepared to actively represent the brand and develop long-term cooperation. This includes customer acquisition, systematic market development, building a distribution network, and maintaining a professional presentation of the brand and its products.
4. Capability to serve B2B clients and manage branding projects:
   You are able to handle individual orders, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with the manufacturer on customized branding and design solutions.
5. Import and logistics readiness:
   You have experience with import processes and customs procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient product distribution within your market.
6. Financial stability:
   You are a financially stable partner capable of stocking products, placing regular reorders, growing your customer base, supporting your market, and maintaining reliable payment practices.
7. Ability to work with a high-quality specialized product:
   You sell through quality, functionality, and specialization. You communicate product benefits professionally, promote materials and features within expert communities, and contribute to building the brand’s value.
8. Marketing and presentation capabilities in cooperation with the manufacturer:
   You actively support brand development through business meetings, product presentations, participation in professional events, and online marketing, including social media.

Important notice: Exclusivity for a specific country is assessed individually and depends on your business capacity, market coverage quality, and ability to actively develop the assigned territory. Once these conditions are met, an exclusive distribution agreement may be concluded.
